The track serves as a tantalizing introduction to their forthcoming album, slated for a late spring release via their independent label, Pony Face Records.

Joined by Brooke Taylor and her Poison Spitting Gin Queens this double bill promises a ripper arvo of music.

Due to popular demand. Melbourne-based acoustic trio Sunshine Tip are heading back to the creek for another stellar show! They'll be playing modern, dark, alt-country originals. David Bowers (guitars, vocals), Dee Hannan (mandolin, vocals) and Alice Garner (cello) bring to Archie's Creek their evocative, sometimes melancholic but always catchy songs, sparsely and imaginatively arranged and featuring sweet interweaving vocal harmonies. Sunshine Tip members channel a wealth of musical experiences across many genres to their foray into alt-country/Americana - from rock to lounge, jazz, funk, electronica, Greek and Irish. Acts (old and new). You might know the band members from include Eugene Hamilton and the Money, Xylouris Ensemble, Hogbelly Morton's Country Revue, the Nubiles, the Troubles, euphonia, Sally Ford & the Idiomatics... and plenty of others.

Van Walker is an Australian musician from the island state of Tasmania and an extremely prolific songwriter in the genres of folk, country and rock, with poetic lyrics that explore a range of personal and social themes. He is known for his distinctive gravely voice and finger style guitar playing, and has been praised for his ability to tell compelling stories through his music and songs. In addition to his work as a musician, Van Walker has also collaborated with other artists and worked as a producer and co-writer, fronting the bands Livingstone Daisies, The Ferriters, Heartbrokers, Goatpiss Gasoline, Hexham Heads & The Swedish Magazines. He is also a member of the celebrated Vandemonian Lags Theatre production including a cast of revered Australian musical luminaries. Fresh from tours of Ireland and Canada in August and September last year, plus a run of Australia with Ella Hooper, having wowed festival audiences nationally and internationally such as Port Fairy Folk Festival in Victoria, Dashville Skyline in NSW, and the world's biggest Irish festival The Fleadh Cheoil in Mullingar, Ireland with his unique take on the classic Irish songbook, plus original material, ("One of the finest songwriters in the country." Jeff Lang), Van is highly regarded within the Australian music scene and has received ongoing critical acclaim for his contributions to the industry.

This June, master storyteller Lachlan Bryan will be teaming up with Emily Barker, an award-winning Australian singer-songwriter. Barker’s new album, Fragile as Humans, is her first album for nearly four years, following A Dark Murmuration of Words, which Uncut called “...a kind of Australian equivalent of PJ Harvey’s Let England Shake” and which NPR’s Ann Powers acclaimed as “One of the most literate and probing folk albums of the year.” A must see show!

Painters and Dockers Are Heading Back to Archies Creek this June! Live shows by the Painters and Dockers are a total entertainment experience. A band based in punk rock, power pop with soulful horns, instant classic songs, flamboyance and showmanship as good as it gets. It’s not a superior air that they bring to the stage – it’s a communal, one-in all-in let’s take this baby to the stars and hang there as long as we can in an orgy of outrageous exuberance.
