Ben Salter (The Gin Club/The Wilson Pickers/Vandemonian Lags/Et Al) makes his debut appearance at the legendary Archie's Creek Hotel. A seasoned solo performer and highly regarded songwriter, Salter has released over ten solo albums (including 2024s Sublimation) and toured across Australia and the world. He will be accompanied by his Gin Club band mates Bridget Lewis and Conor Macdonald on cello and guitar - they will also perform Conor's solo material as Captain Fighting Machine in support. After more than a decade releasing albums and touring with award-winning indie-folk pioneers Tinpan Orange, Emily Lubitz has stepped out on her own. Emily’s debut record, Two Black Horses sounds like an old Hollywood movie, starring Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline and Phoebe Bridgers, who go on holidays together and talk about their feelings. Her live show will break hearts but keep toes tapping. The band is hot. Lubitz and her band will take to the Archies Creek Hotel stage to launch her much awaited debut solo album.

Mark Howard returns to Archies Creek Hotel with his band to launch his brand new album Deep Dark Blue. Wanderer, mercurial frontman, and dusk lit storyteller, Mark Howard is a voice from the edge of the map. Rooted in the windswept coastlines of Phillip Island and shaped by the grit of 45 countries’ worth of stages, his songs walk the line between folk, rock, and country. Tipping his hat to the likes of Michael Hutchence, PJ Harvey, and Robert Louis Stevenson, Howard holds a room and howls vivid tales of motion, memory and the human mess.

Did I Tell You 'Bout My Years in the Wilderness? is the long-awaited solo album from Fergs (aka Chris Ferguson), formerly of Melbourne indie-blues-rock greats Mississippi Barry and The Fergs. Painstakingly recorded over 25 years in his beachside studio—whilst battling the challenges of Parkinson’s Disease—the songs tackle the universal and the very personal, reflecting upon memories of his youth and the challenges of now. Chris rose to prominence in the late 1990’s Melbourne music scene as the driving force behind the musical expeditionary force that was Mississippi Barry. The Barries, as they were affectionately known, released a slew of great albums and became a staple of a diverse pub rock circuit. Join Chris for the afternoon to celebrate this musical achievement, with an all-star band of musicians paying homage to his wonderful songs, both new and old.

Twenty years ago, Melbourne's indie-darling, a young Clare Bowditch surprised even her own parents by scooping the coveted 'Best Female Artist ARIA' thanks to her breakthrough album ‘What Was Left’. David Bridie performs songs from his latest album “On Karen’s Piano”. Tex and Matt finally released the self-titled album Tex Perkins & The Fat Rubber Band album in November 2021 which they wrote and produced together and was followed by the band’s second album Other World in 2023. They play co-written originals, well-chosen heart felt cover versions and classics from Tex’s back catalogue (Cruel Sea, Beasts of Bourbon, The Dark Horses etc). Tex and Matt shows have been described by critics as often thrilling, deeply moving and a lot of fun.
